Meet Kishor Tahiliani, an award-winning manager with over 5 years of experience in build-to-rent operations and more than 2 decades in the hospitality industry.

His expertise in managing properties and providing exceptional customer service is truly impressive. He goes above and beyond to create positive living experiences for tenants, ensuring their satisfaction.

Building strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders is a strength of Kishor. He understands the importance of connecting with people and creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Zoe Panicca

Zoe is our leasing manager at Allegro. She works closely with Elliot and Isabella overseeing all of our new move ins and dealing with our renewals. With 7 years of experience in the rental industry she will be on hand to help with any queries from both new and current residents.

Annie Bartlett

Annie is our Property Manager and oversees all things maintenance-related within Allegro. From when a resident initially reports an issue through to completion of the job, Annie will be your main point of contact. She has gained great experience from working for over eight years in residential property management and really enjoys ensuring our Allegro community has a comfortable time here. Annie manages the residents services and maintenance team and really enjoys organising and throwing a variety of events throughout the year for our residents.

Albert Muthini

Albert is our Head of Night Team here at Allegro and is responsible for all operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on the safety and security of residents and helping to build great customer relations by providing impressive customer service.

Albert possesses good, hands-on experience gained in the hospitality sector and fully understands the challenges associated with his role. He possesses strong communication and leadership qualities, along with impressive customer service experience. As a true professional he is flexible in his attitude to work, meaning he can come up with tailored solutions to unique situations.

Elliot Simpson

Meet Elliot, Your Lettings Negotiator. Elliot is Super friendly and professional. He has over 10 years of customer service experience and has worked in the build to rent industry for the last 5 years. Elliot is dedicated to finding you your ideal home within the development. When he is not touring the buildings with potential residents, you can find him working hard to get applications over the line and residents moved into their new home.

Isabella Chadwick

Isabella is our Lettings Administrator! She deals with all things referencing, including any administrative work as per her title! With 2 years lettings experience, Isabella is on-hand for any pre-tenancy queries or concerns. When she is not pursuing references and arranging move ins, she will be bobbing about the building helping out, or managing other day-to-day tasks.

Fasal Mahmood

Meet Kultar, your Night Resident Services Coordinator. Kultar has 16 years experience working within the hospitality sector and really understands the importance of great customer service. He is a hardworking individual who is always willing to help residents with their queries. His helpful nature makes him a trustworthy team player who continually supports our residents and staff. Apart from his extraordinary customer service skills he also likes to troubleshoot maintenance issues on site.

Todor also known as Tee is one of our on-site maintenance operatives who is always very happy to help and likes to complete jobs to the best of his ability. Todor has 4 years’ experience in maintenance and enjoys being able to meet and build good relationships with our residents who always have great feedback about him and his work. Tee attends to any maintenance issues during tenancies and also prepares apartments ready for our lovely new residents to move in to.
